We have a no-nonsense pricing structure. There are no extra fees on top of what you see. Our price includes all of the amenities including two meals per day.

Independent PLUS allows you to live independently with the peace of mind knowing that 24-hour staff is available if the need arises. It bridges the gap between independent and assisted living and includes all the amenities that you receive in independent living plus:
